I thought the second Robocop movie in many ways was better than the first.
It had the bad guy kid everyone loved to hate, humor as Robocop was programmed to act dumb, and lots of action. Most sequels are not nearly as good as the originals.
I think Robocop 2 was the best of the saga.

The first was good but second one had cool kid and the cool mayor.
Hard to say which is better to be honest. I saw the first in a movie theater not really knowing what to expect. But I really liked it.

I saw all the robocop cinema,
the 1st was the revelation for me is that I do discover that the character and since I am a hardcore fan and I make a museum devoted entirely a robocop lol!

the robocop 2 I saw the cinema, my laugh, but I found that weller was less good in its performence.

the robocop 3 I have also seen the film and I was extremely above, robert burk move evil, the story is badly interpreted,
I have all the original draft and I can tell you that this is not a history.

Robocop 2 is the best.
