Why did Saved by the Bell the new class last so many seasons with all the cast changes, copied stories from the original, and goofy Screech?

Well the first season wasn't so bad. Then again Weasel was a very dumb character smile.gif
I don't know any one who watched it like the original week in week out.
It just wasn't as good, hard to place why exactly
I will think on it and put my blonde brain to work. Its tired today sad.gif
