I am desperately trying to find where I can get my hands on item's of clothing or just accessories used by artist either on stage or from music video's. I know this sort of thing is hard to come by but I was hoping there was a particular site that would specialize in it, in particular I am trying to obtain item's from 80's artist, ie: Cyndi Lauper, Weird Al, Michael Jackson etc.

If any one could direct me where to go or if some one had any thing for sale I would be more than appreciative.

Have had things in past may or may not at present.
That being said I think its a unique area of interest too. If you go for clothing i would say items in music videos you can easily see are worth more to me at least than one used in concerts you can't even present a picture of in use often. That being said I have a gun used in the Moonwalker music movie, and a California raisin used in a commercial. I also have some advertising items. It seems concert used items show up more often than music video items although I would much prefer the music video items. Another way to go about music stars items if go after items they wore in regular movies.
Madonna items from Swept Away i have seen for example, as well as Mariah Carrey items from a movie she was in. Also check reelclothes.com

If really interested just ask all the normal screen used dealers like screen used or Prop Store of London, what sorts of things they might can get, its the same sort of collector that often has music things in many cases.

that's some great advice there, I must admit I am rather jealous of that gun you own from Moonwalker, I used to watch that movie to death as a kid. I do agree that item's from video's are far greater than concert's but I am not hugely fussed. Clothes from movies that star the musicians is a great idea as well though I have a feeling they may be harder to come by.
